Our Yoga school in Astoria Queens is the first authorized Bikram Yoga School in Astoria and Western Queens
We encourage beginners to come to this class even if you have never done Yoga or any exercise at all. Our spacious new school is centrally located at the corner of Steinway Street and Broadway, it is at 32-03 Steinway Street and on the entire 4th floor. It is just steps away from the Steinway Street entrance to the R, V and G trains and the Q101 bus stop is right in front. Metered parking is available as well as alternate side parking on all surrounding side streets. There is a municipal parking lot on Steinway Street between Broadway and 31st Avenue.
