Bryan is a 200 hour Certified Yoga teacher. Trained in the style of Vinyasa, he continues his exploration of Asana by attending workshops of all teaching styles. Combining what he’s learned and discovered along his journey thus far, he aspires to share all the benefits Yoga has to offer. Bryan believes this practice is cultivated to create space in the body and mind so you can be an active participant in life. In doing so, reality becomes full of enjoyment and purpose.

Over time, her love of Bikram yoga proved too strong to deny, and she made the decision to leave the corporate world behind in order to continue improving herself, and pay it forward to teach others the yoga that changed her life. Brooke went to Bikram Yoga teacher training in Spring 2017 and is loving teaching her passion to the students of Bikram Yoga Astoria.
